Results Day: Thursday 21st August 2008
Students will be able to collect exam results from school, in person, between 10am and 12 noon.
If you want your results posting out to you, please see Mrs Croucher, Exams Officer, for a postal request slip. You will need to include name, form and address, plus a First Class stamp for a LARGE LETTER. Alternatively, Mrs Croucher will accept 60 pence with your slip to cover the cost of postage.
If you wish for someone else to collect your results on your behalf, but you must write a letter of authorisation which they must bring to school. It must clearly state the name of the person you are authorising to collect your results, your name, address, date and your signature.
Your results will not be handed over to anyone, not even your parents, without authority from you, the candidate.
Under no circumstances will Exam Results be given out over the telephone.
Mrs Croucher will be available for collection of results on the date and time above, after this date results can be collected at the start of the new term in September.
You may also return any subject text books or library books which you may have at home on results day. There will be collection boxes in school for you to deposit them.
