Mobile Phone Policy

The mobile phone policy has been reviewed recently and takes into account the potential of modern technology which allows us to make phone calls, send text messages, take photographs and access the internet the policy also reflects national concern over the role of mobile phones in bullying and child abuse issues. The review has also taken into account the amount of time spent by teachers dealing with mobile phone loss, theft and misuse. As a result ALL mobile phones are BANNED in school, by which we mean any point within the school boundaries. Any student found with a mobile phone either switched on or off will have it confiscated.
