Situated on the edge of the village of Worrall in the parish of Bradfield, we are most fortunate to be located in a rural environment on the edge of the Peak District experiencing the dramatic vistas of the surround hills and valleys with the cultural, economic and industrial advantages that the dynamic city of Sheffield can offer.
Bradfield School is committed to a concept of continuous development and improvement so that we can meet the needs of our students, providing a high quality educational provision. We are a happy and successful school that cares for each individual student.
Bradfield School encourages the traditional values of hard work, high levels of personal achievement and consideration for others. We are also aware that we must respond to the demands of modern society.
We have recently achieved Scientific Engineering Specialist School from September 2007 which will benefit all students and the community by improving facilities and resources in all curriculum areas.
As part of the Sheffield ‘Pathfinder’ programme we are scheduled for a rebuild in 2012 which again is an exciting prospect which will further establish Bradfield School as a school of excellence.
It is our belief that this development relies upon there being a positive working relationship between home, school, the local community and the wider environment. We were delighted that the strength of these relationships was pointed out as a key feature in our most recent OFSTED report and that parents continue to offer a high level of support.
